Abstract
Afterword of the book "To the Singing of Birds" (English version), https://www.amazon.com/Singing-Birds-Private-Journey-Myself-ebook/dp/B08563374M
"Mozart's Window" was first published in 2007 in the weekly "Dzerkalo Tizhnya", the publication repeatedly wrote about the scientific achievements of Oleg Oleksandrovych in the discovery of pain receptors and in the research of ion channels in cell membranes.
Oleg Kryshtal's novel "Homunculus" passed the first test in the St. Petersburg magazine "Neva", where it was not only printed immediately, but also awarded a silver medal and awarded the first prize. In general, the people of St. Petersburg are fond of the writer - one of the critics even stated that nothing like this had appeared in the Russian language in the last 30 years. The magazine "October" immediately accepted the next novel for publication - "To the singing of birds". Reviews of Moscow critics were even more enthusiastic.
The reason for the success?
The author offers the reader a completely unexpected view of the world. Here is a quote from the scientist's interview: "In the relatively near future, information will become our absolute master. We will not do anything with her, but she will create miracles with us. The last barrier - between personalities - connected with the fact that each person thinks of himself as different, independent from others, will disappear: here I am with my thoughts, and here the Other is with his. We started the movement without really giving ourselves an account of it. The further development of humanity will lead to the fact that it will form an intellectual continuum in which individual personalities will be less and less separable from each other.
It is quite possible that behind the future, in which the Personality dissolves in the General, there is a Design, which culminated in the formation of thinking matter.
The emergence of consciousness was determined by evolution. From the same point of view, the next stage, which can be called suprapersonal, is also predetermined and laid down in the first molecule that began life in the primary "broth"... (weekly "Mirror of the Week",
August 10, 2007).
